Course Objectives
Upon the successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:-

•  Understand the concept of troubleshooting plant rotating equipment and effective predictive maintenance

•  Have an overview of plant rotating equipment, equipment various components, how equipment works and the Maintenance Educational Component (MEC) term

•  Know the principles of equipment failure patterns including its type and review the common factors of why equipment fails

•  Identify the types and features of bearings & lubrication and recognize its importance

•  Develop an understanding of shafting & shaft couplings including their types, uses & application and discuss their repair and maintenance methods

•  Increase awareness on V-belts, positive-drive belts & chain drives by identifying their components, uses & failure modes and be able to know their repair & maintenance procedure

•  Describe the types & mechanisms of gears, gearing & housing and employ proper methods of repair & maintenance of these components

•  Heighten awareness and understanding on the concept of root cause failure analysis (RCFA) including the various types and approaches used in rotating equipments

•  Troubleshoot all possible faults and failures of the rotating equipment and know the various approaches to be considered in applying corrective actions

•  Have an overview of predictive maintenance and be able to employ the various predictive maintenance techniques and strategies used for rotating equipment

•  Identify the various types of conditioning monitoring techniques and recognize their importance in troubleshooting plant rotating equipment and their major role in Predictive Maintenance

Course Certificate

A permanent record of a participant's involvement and awarding of CEU will be maintained by Haward Technology. Haward Technology will provide a copy of the participant's CEU Transcript of Records upon request.

Course Fee
US $ 3,750 per Delegate. This rate includes Participant's Pack (Folder, Manual, Hand-outs, etc.), buffet lunch, coffee/tea on arrival, morning & afternoon of each day.

Accommodation
