Currently, Mr. Russell is the President for Global Environmental Operations (GEO) providing industrial consultancy services involving air & water pollution , solid & hazardous waste control, radioactive waste remediation activities, and the preparation of strategic response for environmental cleanups & waste management. He had closely worked with NATO Advanced Study Institute, the Central Mining Institute in Poland, the NATO Scientific Institute, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) and the US-Asia Environmental Partnership ( Envirovision). With his indepth & lengthy experiences and accomplishments, he has been recognized and catapulted amongst the Who's Who in Engineering, and have further been awarded offers for funded projects on Wastewater Treatment, Environmental Engineering, Water Supply Security & Protection, Water NORM, RCRA Audits, Solidification & Waste Minimization studies, Hazardous Wastes, Groundwater monitoring, Environmental Evaluations & Investigations, Toxicity Remediation, and US Environmental Practice.

Mr. Russell's experience was not only confined to the industry alone. He was also able to largely contribute his expertise and impart his knowledge in the academe. He has engaged himself with researches and lectures in for several conferences & institutions on Wastewater treatment modelling and monitoring, Environmental Engineering, and Hazardous Wastes, and Radium Removal.

Mr. Russell has Masters and Bachelors degrees in Chemical Engineering . He is a well-regarded member of professional associations such as the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), the Water Pollution Control Federation, the Industrial Wastes, Groundwater & Pollution Prevention Committee, where he previously served as its Chairman.
