For decades, Dr. Beller had been greatly involved with a large number of inspection projects around the world, including onshore and offshore inspection work . With this, he has built up a formidable reputation in the practice of pipeline inspection and intelligent pigging . He spends most of his time on consultancy projects in which he is world renowned for his professionalism and practical problem solving abilities.

Dr. Beller has a PhD in Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe , Germany , and a Masters & Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of London , UK . As an author of more than 50 technical papers on pipeline inspection & integrity , he is often invited to Lecture on Material Science at the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe , Germany . Dr. Beller is a Founding Member of the Professional Institute of Pipeline Engineering ( PIPE ) and is a highly-regarded member of its Technical Committee and the Editorial Board for the Journal of Pipeline Engineering ( UK ) and the PetroMin Pipeliner ( Singapore ).
