Previously, Ms. McIntyre had pursued large projects and fulfilled significant roles such as being the QA/QC Manager , Applications Specialist , and QA/QC Inspector . She has spearheaded the introduction of Risk Based Inspection into the industry; has helped host RBI Seminars ; provided consultative advise , guidance and interpretations on engineering policies and practices ; ensured that all HSSEQ requirements are complied with on all operations; managed all advanced NDE projects nationally; monitor the application of established engineering policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory , industry , local & international operational standards ; plan, coordinate and direct all quality work , inspection , non-destructive examination , load testing , certification of equipment ; and implemented corrosion monitoring databases and supervised the operation of its functions.

Ms. McIntyre has a Masters & Bachelors Degree in Metallurgical Engineering . She is an API 570 Certified Piping Inspector , an API 571 Damage Mechanism Inspector , an API 580 Risk Based Inspector , a Certified Quality Manager , an AWS Certified Welding Inspector , a Certified Level II Ultrasonic Testing , Dye Penetrant Testing , Visual Inspection , Radiographic Testing , Film Interpretation & Magnetic Particle Testing and a well-respected member of the American Welding Society .
