During his career life, Mr. Harwell worked as the Project Manager for Club Car Inc. in Georgia, USA wherein he took full responsibility for project budgeting, safety standards implementation, safety engineering and risk management execution, commodity management, and tracking company expenditures. He also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and led a team in the production of new products with strict adherence to company, quality and safety standards as laid down by the different standards organizations .

Mr. Harwell worked as a Sourcing Engineer, Tool Engineering Supervisor and Engineer in different companies such as General Electric Company, GKN Automotive, Brunswick Corporation and others .
