Mr. Charlie Cramlet MSc, BSc, (USA) is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of extensive industrial experience in the design, erection, maintenance, inspection, fabrication, modification and repair of piping / pressure vessels & equipment / tanks within in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry. Currently, he is the Group Manager & Chief Inspector of DuPont USA, one of the largest Petrochemical companies in the world. For more than two decades herein, he has been taking lead of the whole plant site for the fabrication, maintenance, inspection and repair of piping, pressure vessels and tanks; administering plant welding procedures and welder qualification system; developing & reviewing inspection protocols for plant equipment, and repair & alteration plans for plant equipment to ensure code compliance; training & qualifying welders for ASME IX and AWS D1.1; and spearheading the in-house training of inspection personnel in API 510 & 570 and ASME Sect. II, V, VIII & IX in preparation for certification examinations .
