He is currently the Senior QA/QC & Welding Consultant for Exxon Company .

During his career life, Mr. Schubert worked as QA/QC Senior Manager for Alstom Power wherein he was in charge of overseeing and prioritizing of Raw Materials Release Testing, In Process Release Testing, Final Product Release Testing, Stability Testing, Validation studies, Production Support and Equipment Release Testing according to established procedures and production timelines. He was also the Senior QA/QC & Welding Consultant for SCTS Consulting wherein he provided QA/QC & welding consultancy services to oil, gas, power and other industries all over Europe and some other parts of the world. He also held positions such as Project Manager, QA/QC Senior Welding Engineer, QA/QC Coordinator and Plant Engineer to Alstom Power, General Electric Company, Officine Franzi, TUV Italy, Shell Company and TEM .
