Earlier in his career, Mr. Frew had occupied several equally challenging roles within the industry such as being the Construction & Engineering Supervisor , Rig Site Coordinator , Lifting & Rigging Superintendent , Deck Operations Supervisor , and Rigging Specialist . He had worked with various international companies such as Phillips , Black Hawke , Pacific Industrial , Kilpatrick , Balfour Beatty , Brandt Engineering , Westerfeld , Transfield Worley , Fluor Daniel , James Hardie Construction , and Boom Logistics , wherein he had successfully handled numerous projects such as the installation of train maintenance buildings; the construction of a Gypsum silo and access tower; the construction, structural & mechanical installation and commissioning of a gas plant; the construction of the indoor aquatic centre structure; the construction of a crusher building, take-up towers, transfer stations, drive stations & conveyor systems; the construction of shopping centres, industrial warehouses, multi-storey apartments, a cold storage building, and a recreation building.

James has a Bachelors degree in Engineering & Industrial Skills , and is OHS Certified . Further, Mr. Frew has obtained international certifications for Advanced Rigging , Advanced Scaffolding , C1 Crane , Mobile Crane ( PIN-JIB , Hydraulic , no tonnage restriction ), Elevated Work Platform , Dogman , Forklift , O/H Gantry , Front End Loader and other heavy equipment .
