During his career life, Mr. Kellock worked as a Senior Instructor for the National Training Institute wherein he conducted trainings on HSE and other safety skills . He was also the Senior HSE Inspector and Instructor in the Aberdeen Drilling Schools where he developed training courses for Offshore Managers, Supervisors, Safety Officer and Safety Representatives in Scotland, England, France, USA and some of the major oil and drilling companies in the Middle East . He was also the Senior Consultant to all major oil and drilling companies for offshore operations including jack-ups, semi-subs, cranes, barges, pipe layers, rock dumpers, diving and survey vessels . Prior to that, he was the Offshore Installation Manager for Petrobas Brasil where he was responsible for training the Brazilian personnel in management, construction, operation and Safety of Offshore Oil/Gas installations . He also worked as the Offshore Installation Manager of Shell where he was in charge for the construction, drilling, production, maintenance, marine and services with special emphasis for the development of safe operations .
