Mr. Paul Hilton (UK) MSc., BSc., is a Senior Welding Engineer with over 30 years of practical experience in oil, gas, petrochemical and power industries. He has profound experience in the field of construction design, fabrication, inspection, technical evaluation, repair and maintenance of FPSO 's, Gas Process Trains, Subsea Piping & Equipments, Flowlines, Export Lines, and Process/Power Piping.

He is currently the Welding Manager for IWES where he is tasked to maintain quality assurance and control, and provide technical services with projects consisting of Jackets, Topside & Gas Process Train along with subsea equipments & pipelines, flowlines and export line.

Previously, Mr. Hilton has fulfilled a number of important and challenging responsibilities such as QA/QC Manager, Material Manager, Welding Manager, Operations Manager, Fabrication Manager, Senior Welding Engineer, QA/QC Engineer and Inspection Engineer for prestigious companies like Saipem, Bechtel, Welding Technology Institute ( WTI ), Lewis Offshore, Lansing Linde and Newlyn Engineers. Even in the academe, Mr. Hilton has unselfishly imparted his expertise by being a Fabrication & Welding Lecturer and an Engineering Instructor in a few prestigious institutions. Through all these exposure he had advanced his skills and knowledge of his expertise. Furthermore, Mr. Hilton is a certified ISO 9000 QA Lead Auditor, AS 2214 ( 1994 Certification of Welding Supervisors ), ASNT Level II, ASME & BS Standards ( Advanced Pipe Welding Techniques & Theory ) and AWS Welding Inspector.
