Mr. Sacit Encol (Turkey) is a Senior Foundry Engineer with some 30 years of industrial experience within Europe and the Middle East . He is currently a Refractory Consultant for Steel Plants, Rolling Mills and Aluminium Foundries .

During his long career life, Mr. Encol worked as a Refractory Consultant, a General Coordinator, an Assistant Project Manager, a Refractory Supervisor, an Assistant Manager Steel Shop, a Chief Production Engineer, a Foundry Engineer, and a Foundry Chief . He worked for EAF, MINTEQ, LF, CCM, MKEK, and Cevher Dokum .

Mr. Encol Masters and Bachelors degrees in Metallurgical Engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Turkey .
