Currently, he is managing the Urea Production for AlexFert wherein he has full authority for the operation of the plant, supervises all production-related operations, and is responsible for looking after every engineers ' and technicians ' training.

Previously, he was the Senior Process Engineer in the Urea Production Field at AbuQir Fertilizer. There he honed his skills and gained in-depth knowledge in the Urea Prilling Plant, and shared in revamp for optimizing plant load.

Mr. Talaat has a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering.
