Mr. Shaun Grisenthwaite (UK) is an International Lifting & Rigging Expert with over 30 years of experience in Deck, Crane, Lifting & Rigging Operations, HLO, Marine Terminals and port operations .

He is currently the Port Manager of EXXON MOBIL .

During his career life, Mr. Grisenthwaite worked as Cranes & Safety Manager in Tecknip Aberdeen U.K. wherein he was responsible for all the lifting and crane operations and ensured that activities and personnel complied with the safety standards . He was also the Lifting Superintendent, Lead Rigging Supervisor and Helicopter Landing Officer in various companies such as Date Fluor Global Services Ireland, British Gas, Shell, CHEVRON and BP .

He was able to conduct safety awareness trainings while managing & supervising the helicopter refuelling, crane, lifting and rigging operations and supply vessel movements . He was also able to handle positions such as Marine Supervisor, Deck Foreman, Marine Operations Manager, Marine Terminal Coordinator and HSE Manager . Twenty years later, he moved outside the North Sea sector and worked for EXXON MOBIL in the USA, Africa and Europe .
