He is a renowned engineer all over the world because of his extensive experience that expands to most engineering disciplines. He is currently an Independent Senior Consultant providing engineering consultancy services to various international companies such as MW Kellogg, Snamprogetti UK, Grain LNG, TotalFinaElf among others. He has recently been involved in a project for MW Kellogg wherein he worked with Pearl GTL ( Gas-to-Liquids ) Project Task Force on a multi-billion dollar integrated onshore/offshore development with twin-train GTL process plant and associated utilities in the Middle East.

During his long career life, Mr. Levette was the Site Commissioning Manager for Sna m progetti UK wherein he was responsible for managing the combined heat & power plant, seawater intake & cooling water distribution network, desalination/potable water plant, waste water treatment plant, waste incineration unit, supplying the new olefins, aromatics, methanol, C 2 recovery and ammonia/urea complexes . He also worked as Project Commissioning Manager for Grain LNG UK, Project Commissioning Manager for Tractebel Gas Engineering in Belgium, Project Commissioning Manager for Entrepose Contracting in France, Project Engineer for SaiBOS Services in France, Co m m issioning & Start-Up Manager for Phillips Petroleum Project Team at a leading chemical company in Qatar, Project Engineer for TotalFinaElf in its Total South Pars Project in Iran, Commissioning Manager for Preussage Noel Group on a project for Reliance Petroleum Refinery in India, Commissioning Manager for the Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project of Snam progetti UK, Senior Commissioning Manager for BOC Process Plants and Hickson + Welch in UK, Start-Up Optimization Manager for Chevron-Tengizchevroil ( TCO ) in Kazakhstan and Project Completions Manager for Sonarch LNG plant in Algeria.

In the mid 90's, Mr. Levette worked as Regional Manager, Senior Process Engineer, Senior Process Technical Author, Senior Commissioning Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Project Operations Engineer and Commissioning Engineer to different companies worldwide namely British Petroleum, Ralph M. Parsons ( London ), Gordon Gill Company ( Belgium ), Brown & Root and Total Oil Marine in UK, DNV/Elf Norge & Statoil/HMV in Norway, Genesis Engineering, John Brown Engineers & Contractors and Zeetech Engineering in the Netherlands . He also held several management & engineering positions in international companies such as Petrojam, TOTAL, Ter m inal Installations Inc. Switzerland, Creole Production Services International USA, ARAMCO Netherlands, UNOCAL, Esso, Imperial Chemical Industries and in some of the largest oil & gas companies in the Middle East .

Mr. Levette has a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering . He is a Professional Engineer and an active member of the Society of Professional Engineers, Union Internationale de Ingenieurs Professionnels, Energy Institute, Chartered Management Institute, Institute of Risk Management, Society of Petroleum Engineers, Association Française des Techniciens du Pétrole and Société Nationale des Ingénieurs Professionnels de France . He is a Fellow of the Institution of Diagnostic Engineers and a senior m e m ber of the A m erican Institute of Chemical Engineers ( AIChE ). Mr. Levette is also an associate for the I nstitution of Chemical Engineers, Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers and an affiliate for the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology .
