Mr. Steve Roux CEng , PE ( UK ) is a Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer with over 35 years of industrial experience within the Petrochemical, Power, Oil & Gas industries. His expertise extends widely over the areas of Instrumentation & Control; Electronics; Custody Measurement; PLC/DCS/SCADA/ESD/SIS/SIL; Compressor Control & Protection; the Shutdown, Turn-around, Installation, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, Operation & Maintenance of Instrumentation & Process Control Systems;. Further, his experience has proven him well in the field of Business Development & Analysis, Detailed Engineering, Project & Construction Management, and on Change & Operational Strategic Management.

During Mr. Roux's career life, he gained extensive experience in the electrical, instrumentation and control systems engineering field through various challenging supervisory & managerial positions that he filled such as being the Construction Director, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Principal Engineer, Project Engineer and Senior Lead Engineer within various international companies like Foster Wheeler, Fluor, E+PC, Foxboro, Bateman, Gensec & De Beers Marine.

Mr. Roux has a Masters & Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Engineering, and further gained a Diploma in Project Management. Mr. Roux is a registered European Engineering, Chartered Engineer, Incorporated & Professional Engineer and is a distinguished member of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) and the Project Management Institute (PMI); and a corporate member & Fellow of the Institute of Measurement & Control and the Chartered Management Institute. In addition, Mr. Roux is a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) and a Certified Projects Director (CPD).
